Connecting to a Shared Calendar

How to connect to the shared calendar in Microsoft Outlook:

1. Click on File at the top left of Outlook.



2. Choose Open & Export.



3. Click Other User's Folder.


4. Type the shared name (i.e. shared.aric).

Folder type: choose Calendar.


5. The calendar should be opened if you have a permission.
