How to Reconnect Microsoft Teams - Windows

If you have been using Microsoft Teams installed on your Windows or Mac computer, you will need to sign out of the Teams app and sign back in to get connected to the new shared Microsoft 365 tenant.


1. Open Microsoft Teams.
2. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the Teams window.
3. Click on Sign out.

 

 

4. Click on the Sign out button to confirm that you would like to sign out of the Teams app.

 

 

5. Wait for the app to finish the sign out process.

 

6. Click on your @arapahoe.edu email address.

 

 

7. If prompted, enter your myACC password.


Wait for the app to finish signing you back in and connecting you to your Teams sites.


Congratulations! Your Microsoft Teams app has been reconnected to your M365 account.
