If you get the error "We won't be able to deliver this message to ____ because the email address is no longer valid", follow these instructions to fix this issue:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Click the File tab.
3. Select Options.
4. On the left hand side, select Advanced.
5. Scroll down to the “Developers” section, select Custom Forms.
6. Select Manage Forms.
7. Select Clear Cache.
8. Select Close.
9. Select OK twice.
10. Exit out of Outlook and reopen.
Now, that error should go away.
