Connecting to a Shared Calendar

How to connect to the shared calendar in Microsoft Outlook:

  1. Click on File from the menu
  2. Choose Open & Export
  3. Click Other User's Folder, type the shared name (i.e. shared.aric)
  4. Folder type: choose Calendar
    The calendar should be opened if you have a permission.
