How to Fix the Issued Token Email Error

If you are trying to log into your student email and you receive this error: 

 

"Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

AADSTS20001: The sign-in response message does not contain an issued token."

Message: AADSTS20001: The sign-in response message does not contain an issued token.

Flag sign-in errors for review: Enable flagging

 

The best thing to do is clear your cache

This will usually solve the issue.

 

If that does not work, try a different browser to see if the error replicates itself.
