1. You must be on the campus network for this to work. If not:
a. Connect to the VPN if you have a VPN access
Or:
b. Log into Citrix by going to citrix.arapahoe.edu and log in with your S# and password.
2. Open a browser and go to: https://cucm-pub.cccs.edu/ucmuser/
3. Log in with your S# and myACC password.
4. Click on General Settings.
5. Under Phone Services Pin, enter a new PIN and confirm it.
6. Click Save.
