If SMART Board does not write, follow instructions below:

Go to Start > All apps > SMART Technologies > SMART Settings

In the Smart Setting Dialog Box, select “Connection Wizard.”
The Connection Wizard will bring up the following dialog box. Select the SMART product found.

Hit “Next” a few times until you see “Finish” and click “Finish”
- You may close out of the SMART setup utility.

Last go to Start > All apps > SMART Technologies > SMART Ink

You should now be able to use the SMART board as usual.
